Includes planning your event from start to finish and every detail in between!

Day-of Events Plus Consulting: $950 services begin 4 months prior to the event
·         Primary details: Suggest vendor names, prices and contact information (venue, caterer, cake, florist, and photographer)
·         Secondary details: Suggest color scheme, theme, style & décor (Centerpieces, flowers, linens, rentals)
·         Final details:  Suggest favors, gift bags, local hotels for out of town guests and any additional details in order to finalize the big day!
·         Create a time line to distribute to all vendors
·         1 meeting and one site visit (for 2 hours a piece)
·          20 hours of phone and email communication (one meeting can be traded for 5 additional hours of communication)
·         Additional hours can be added at a $20/hour charge
·         Day of Event Package

Day-of Event: $550
·         Help to create a schedule-of-events for wedding day
·         Confirm with vendors a week ahead
·         Assist with wedding day from set-up to tear-down
·         Attend rehearsal
·         (One meeting 60 days prior or 5 hours of phone communication) Day-of Event Package only

Additional Services: Price depending on labor, materials and delivery
·         Creating/delivering hotel gift bags for out of town guests
·         Choosing and packaging wedding favors
